Teeth

Courtney has officially joined the braces club. She was so excited to get the braces on that I don't think she realized how much pain would also be involved in making her teeth straight.

Courtney has been so diligent in keeping her teeth clean. That is my Courtney, she is so great about always trying to do the right thing. There is really no gray areas with Courtney, everything is either right or wrong. I am so proud of the choices that she makes in her life. She is a great example to me. She already has a such a beautiful smile that braces will just make it all the more beautiful. Courtney thank you for making our house a happy place.
Kylie loses her first tooth.
She was so excited to have a loose tooth since she was the only first grader in her class that hadn't lost a tooth yet. This was causing her to feel like the only person in the world who would never loose her baby teeth. So when her tooth became loose and wobbly she worked extra hard in helping it to come out faster. She even asked her dad if he could help it. Mike being the great dad that he is said, "Yes " and proceed to pulled out some pliers to help. With a little tug the tooth came out and Kylie couldn't wait to clean it up and put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy. Kylie was so happy and told me yesterday that she now has another loose tooth but she isn't in as big of a hurry to get this one out. Maybe the pliers were a little much.

So cute! Sounds like you guys had a big day at the dentist too! I can't believe how much we've missed out on with those girls! They just look so much older than the last time we saw them in person! Thank you for blogging so that we can see them grow up, and keep in touch in a round about way.

Lisa, where are you? You must be swamped with school and other such nonsense. Just thinking about you.
