It does snow in Texas, January 16, 2007.

Grandma and Grandpa Chambers came to visit in January we had a nice visit with them even though it was cold and raining most of the time and we weren't able to do much. Here is Grandma fixing hair.

February
Kylie and Mike celebrated birthdays this month.

March
Tiffani, Courtney and Lisa celebrate their birthdays this month. Courtney is now a part of Young Womens and is very excited. Courtney had piano festival and did an awesome job.

April
Ashley had her birthday this month.

The Stake Trek
Our stake did a trek for all of the kids 14 and up. They had a great time and though this was in April it was very cold and the kids had it snow on them. The leaders said the kids did great and there was hardly any complaining. These are all kids in our ward. I drove the kids up to their destination on the way I got a little lost and almost made it to the Texas and Oklahoma border. Mike was a part of the mob that went up on the first night to make the trek move.

Coloring Easter Eggs.

Ashley's class went on a Field Trip to The Texas Rangers Stadium. Mike went on this field trip with her and they had a good time.

May
May 2nd Tiffani, Courtney and Lisa go with friends to see Wicked. It was awesome!!!

Lisa finishes up with her first year of going back to school. Yea!!

All the kids finish the school year on May 24.

Grandma and Grandpa Christensen come to visit and we have a great time took them to the Botanical Gardens very pretty. We only got a little rained on. We can't wait for them to come and visit again. We love having them here. It has been a very wet year in Texas. The rain is very needed as we have been in a drought for the last two years.

Mike goes to Utah for a Business Mtg. Does this look like a meeting to you? After the meeting Mike was able to go and visit family and all the guys went shooting. We miss you guys.

The Kiddos

On Wednesday we went bowling we wont talk about the scores just that we all had a great time. Then we played laser tag and I was the laser tag queen.(I had the highest score of anyone, it made up for my bowling score.)

Tiffani being the serious bowler.

Katie waiting her turn.Mike and Brad comparing balls or are the talking about how to get the best spin on the ball?

Look at that form, too bad the ball went into the gutter.

Then later we went to the mall while Tiffani had drivers ed and ate lunch. Came home and played PS3 and went for a walk to feed the ducks. The older people except Lisa went to the movie and saw Beowulf. (They said it was awful)

The Ducks, they were very hungry!!

Thanksgiving Day!!!! I wanted to make sure that the boys got something to eat before heading off to the big game so I woke up and got the turkey in the oven by 6:00 a.m. not realizing that it would be done in 3 and half hours. We ate our Thanksgiving dinner for breakfast at 10:30 a.m.. Everything was done and cleaned up by 12:00 they boys left for the Dallas Cowboys game and the girls went off to the movie Enchanted. It was such a nice day. Many things to be thankful for, we are so blessed and it was great having my brother and his family here with us. Brad thanks for coming, I love you.
